We partnered with agency TBC to provide production and creative services for Visit Baltimore, as part of their COVID safe tourism campaign. TBC lead the creative direction with support from our creative team, while we handled the production and post production services. The campaign featured the tag, “We’re Ready” as Baltimore businesses welcomed visitors back, highlighting key safety precautions and the unique experiences visitors can have in Baltimore.
We developed a set of safety practices to ensure the safety of our crew, clients and talent. In collaboration with local film offices, local stakeholders and colleagues in other markets we created a set safety standards to be as safe as possible.
In addition to following all CDC procedures:
- we have implemented an all digital pre-production approach
- testing pre/during/post-shoot
- on-set safety monitors
- follow location-specific procedures
- maintain social distancing
- rethought how we do craft services
