OVERVIEW

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Client Development
    • Partner with executive-level clients to develop strong relationships, positioning the agency as an indispensable resource. Grow our Client’s P&L and create new opportunities to grow the agency.
    • Craft and execute custom marketing solutions to drive measurable results against client business goals 
    • Serve as both internal and external champion for the best possible work — function as the connective tissue between client and agency teams 
    • Function as an industry expert — deeply understand clients’ businesses and landscape to offer ongoing perspective and consultation as it relates to marketing
  • Business Strategy & Innovation
    • Partner with Agency Leadership to build a bespoke agency approach to the account management discipline
    • Identify & pursue agency growth opportunities within existing client relationships
    • Contribute the strategic planning and execution of agency marketing programs
    • Work with agency leadership to create new business units to fuel growth
  • Project Management & Operations
    • Establish scalable cross-agency account processes and project management infrastructure
    • Source & implement agency service resources — whether specialist team members, infrastructure or partnerships
    • Transcend between planner and executioner for all aspects of client project workflow — everything from timelines, briefs, change orders, client presentations +beyond

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Mandatory
    • Management and growth of Client P&L
    • Creative or Media agency experience
    • Managed VP & above-level client relationships
    • Has personally project managed before
    • Experience working with following disciplines: 
      • Creative 
      • Production
      • Media Teams – Paid
      • Community management 
      • Strategic Planning
    • Work with consumer-facing brands, preferably in the sports/lifestyle verticals
  • Nice to Have
    • 6+ years of experience
    • Deep network of client and partners to collaborate with
    • Brand-side experience
    • Worked in varied agency sizes / structures — large and small; unique team structures
    • Has personally community managed before
    • Experience working with following disciplines:
      • PR 
      • Analytics 
      • Strategy
      • Digital Media
      • Experiential
